Research Agenda

Human-Computer Interaction and Education (HCIE) focuses on the design and study of human-centered technologies as well as innovative approaches in computer science and technology education. The research area combines computer science, educational sciences, and social sciences to develop digital systems that improve quality of life, promote social inclusion, and support learning through technology. Research topics include Human-Computer Interaction, computer science education, game-based learning, assistive technologies, gamification, and data-driven approaches to learning.
