Steering Committee
The DoCS is governed by the Steering Committee, which makes all major strategic (i.e. non-operational) decisions by a two-thirds majority vote.
The Steering Committee consists of:
- DoCS Leadership: Speaker and DSPL
- Faculty: Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science
- Topic Clusters: Cluster Heads or designated representatives
- Doctoral Students: Representatives of the doctoral students
This composition ensures that the DoCS leadership, the Faculty, the individual research areas, and the doctoral students are represented in strategic decision-making.
