• In charge of administrative, academic and DoCS strategic affairs
• Supporting the head, deputy and steering committee
• Managing the joint calls for applications of the doctoral school
• Monitoring and controlling of the doctoral school
• Public relations of the doctoral school
• Organizational matters for doctoral candidates in cohorts and topic clusters and coordination of joint activities in the doctoral school (summer schools, retreats, visitors, etc.)
• Managing travel funds (visitors, reviewers, summer schools, conference travel of students, etc.)

Administration

StudiesServiceCenter Computer Science

The StudyServiceCenter (SSC) is the central contact point for questions concerning the organisation of studies and teaching at the Faculty of Computer Science. The SSC is responsible for the administrative support of the director of the studies programmes and of students and PhDs.

The staff of the SSC will support you (together with the coordinator of DoCS):

• in matters of study law until the completion of your studies,
• in all matters concerning the organisation of studies (e.g. registration for the public presentation, handing in of the doctoral thesis agreement).
